How to cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership please login under My Account Login section of our site. Select Billing on the left hand side. From this page you can cancel your account. Your account will be canceled immediately.

You can also get to this section from your cockpit by selecting the menu item Account>Subscriptions & Billing> Billing.

If for any reason you feel that you need a refund you must submit a ticket in the suppoort section of our site. You will need to include your first and last name, state, and reason you feel you need to be refunded.
