Mr. John Cahill, Chief Financial Officer

John spent the first 15 years of his dynamic career as an Executive Benefits and Compensation Consultant, developing insured funding solutions for executives, physicians, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. John is a highly skilled project and account manager, providing expertise in life, disability, and long-term care insurance, mutual funds, annuities and other related financial products, and their uses in advanced business, retirement, and estate planning functions. John is known for his demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner while building and maintaining client and vendor relationships. He was a Managing Consultant with Charon Planning, an insurance brokerage and executive benefits consulting firm. Most recently, John was Vice President of Administration & Client Service at Hebets & Maguire, LLC – a National Financial Partners firm. As CFO of Realty Pilot, John is expertly developing and managing its expansive growth and budget, while providing feedback as an “agent user” and assisting in its current strategic planning initiatives.

Ms. Kim M. Evans, Vice President Business Development

Kim is an innovative director and professional consultant with over 25 years of producing profitable results, specializing in start-ups, organizational assessments, business development, and public relations. As the Executive Director of a Foundation, along with directing various non-profits and fund development programs, Kim began her esteemed professional career in the non-profit field, securing capital monies and creating partnerships with numerous Fortune 500 companies. During her tenure as the Executive Director at Washington’s National Park Fund, she increased the foundations income by 575% in three years, without United Way or government funding. Additionally, Kim has worked with many “A” list corporate Board Directors, including Bill Lane, publisher of Sunset Magazine and Ambassador to Australia; Bill Pope, General Counsel of Microsoft; and John Ratzenberger, Actor. After 15 rewarding years through which she developed a national reputation, including being a consultant for the National Park Fund, Kim transferred her profitability skills and strategic abilities into the public sector. For the past 10 years Kim has been providing creative ideas, innovative solutions, and lucrative results for corporations, privately owned businesses, non-profits, and individuals. With her demonstrated ability for fostering positive relationships, creating partnerships, securing tens of millions worth of funding, and strategically developing strong, healthy organizations, Kim is ideally suited as Realty Pilot’s new Vice President of Business Development.
