Are all my BPO's saved forever?
Yes our portal maintains your information from the time it is entered. Each section has a search area that can be filtered to a detail level.

The asset companies, administrator or the individual user can enter a BPO. There are 3 areas that display BPO’s: Claimed or assigned, Unclaimed or unassigned and Available Asset BPO’s.

Yes, when a BPO is entered by an administrator or user, they have the capability of assigning the BPO or leaving it open to the rest of the users within the company.
Are there reminders when a BPO is due?
Yes, this is set up by your administrator under their settings.
Why do I need this system if I am completing the BPO on another asset site?
If a BPO is completed on another site, to complete the record a user would upload a pdf file of the BPO and may also upload the photos. This allows the user to track the history of a property, see their revenue and create reports of paid and unpaid BPO’s.
If I am a commercial agent, will I see the residential BPO’s too?
No, each user must identify their industry as a commercial agent or residential agent. Only the administrator can change this Global User Type. The administrator can see all the users and all the BPO’s and can filter out either.
